I am a skinny girl, often tired, unable to eat due to getting full fast, etc. I have tried vitamin after vitamin and multiple weight gain booty enhancement stuff. It works, but definitely work out and do squats! The muscles in my butt started to contract, which made me get up and move. I gain only an inch, but I think I needed to work out more and eat right for the gummies to work best.

First off let me tell you this… they work!!! I’m 4’11 and weight 112. When I started these I was 100 and flat in the back. But not anymore! I do work out kinda and would be considered more active than the average American my age (30). Just to give you an idea on my activity level… I ride my bike a mile a day sometimes more and I average about 20k-40k steps a day depending on how long my shift is. When I do work out it’s literally band resistance for glutes nothing to hardcore. The results I’ve had has been amazing and I didn’t really change my lifestyle. The gummies taste amazing as well they are sweet so I have mine after dinner before I brush my teeth. The quality and consistency is what you would expect from the leading gummy candy company.
