Dropped my blood pressure and was able to stop taking one of them. I will soon adjust to 2 pills daily and be off BP med all together. Dr know if this, but won’t recommend it , I feel because it’s natural and work to control blood pressure

I just started this beetroot supplement, and already feeling better. I feel like it has contributed to my increased energy level. I will be getting my cholesterol checked in about a month so I will see if it helping with that. It is a medium sized capsule (not my favorite). I wish it was available as a gelcap. On a positive note, I do feel like it is actually ground organic beet.. it does have a hint of a beet taste, and when I open the container I definitely smell beets.

I started using these beet root capsules as a cheaper alternative to beet root gummies, which can get pretty expensive over time. I’m happy to say I’m still getting all of the same health benefits—at about half the price.
Since switching, I’ve noticed my blood pressure has gone down, my energy levels have increased, and my overall cardiovascular output feels noticeably stronger. The capsules are easy to take, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on any results compared to the gummies.
The only thing I miss is the taste—some of the beet gummies actually taste amazing—but that’s a small sacrifice I’m more than willing to make for the same results at a much better price point. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing benefits, these are a great option. Highly recommend!

Beets contain nitric acid that lowers your blood pressure. I no longer need the bp pills that always made me tired and loopy.
