It works well for me, at night so I can get calmed and chilled out ready for sleeping. Plus point, it doesn’t have a lot of sugar, minus point, then taste is a little bitter, not too much though.
I really like this product!! I recommend it for those who need to wind down before bedtime.

I was hesitant to spend that much on flavor packets but they are definitely worth it, anxiety is better and helps me stay asleep. I started to sub these instead of drinking to wined down. They used to be hard to stir and clump up but I haven’t seen it in my recent packages. Great alternative, they don’t taste sugary but more so refreshing.

I have used this product for a month. When drinking it, I do not feel tired or super sleepy but once I make myself lay down, I go and stay asleep while feeling refreshed in the morning. I’ve tried melatonin, wine, and doctor prescribed medications. They help me go to sleep but not stay asleep. This is the first product that has worked consistently. At first I took melatonin with it for that sleepy feeling. Now I know that feeling isn’t needed for a good nights rest. My only suggestion is to drink it early for less restroom wake-ups throughout the night. Wish this was in a pill or gummy form.

This is my second time i bought it and i love it i feel like i sleep better when taking if fs. I also find it does help me drink more water because im drinking an extra glass than i usually would i also work in a high stress environment and a few people have actually commented on how well i stay calm during stressful times which didn’t use to happen i also find that im way less stressed than i usually am. I tried the strawberries and cream one (that one didn’t fully dissolve as well) i loved the taste and im currently trying the raspberry lemonade (it dissolves very well) im not as much of a fan of this taste as much as the other one but its the first day ive had this so well see if it grows on me!

I was very skeptical when first trying it but it seems to be helping me sleep and feel better, not going to lie the first week it did give me headaches but I stuck with it and I’m so far glad I did. Love the taste and it seems to be helping keep me better hydrated, I’m bad at making sure i drink plenty of water as a single mom of 2. Been adding chia seeds to it as well and liking it so far. Able to fall asleep faster and get better rest, I normally toss and turn at night but I have been noticing that I recall having to wake up in the night to turn over and waking up in the same position or slightly turned from how I fell asleep ie. Falling asleep on my side and waking up on my back. Been feeling good enough to get motivated to go to they gym more and I’m feeling better, will keep at it and hope to keep this review, if not add more later on down the road

I have water intake goals that sometimes feel outrageous to meet but when mixed with a yummy flavor, I’ll drink all the water!
I love drinking this at work because it truly does provide me a calming feeling with all the stress and demands. It so effective when I drink in the evening too before bed and giving me a deep sleep where I actually get good sleep scores!
It dissolves wonderfully with either a frother in a cup or at work I just grab a water bottle from the break room and shake and tada it’s ready!
