Switched to these after a previous fave brand made changes I didn’t like. These are awesome, great texture and taste. In the best way, they remind me of fruit snacks and feel like a tiny afternoon treat. I’ve never noticed huge differences from creatine itself, but I trust these gummies deliver all the good creatine benefits I want. So much easier than powder.

I’ve been using these creatine monohydrate gummies and I honestly love how convenient they are. They taste good, are easy to take, and I don’t have to deal with mixing powder or carrying a shaker around. I’ve been taking them consistently with my workouts and they fit really easily into my routine.
I also like that each serving gives me creatine monohydrate without making my routine complicated. Definitely recommend if you want the benefits of creatine but prefer something more convenient and enjoyable than powder! 💪🏼✨

They taste great, and are easier (for me) than loading powder into my pre-workout drink, and I like that this has a broader ingredient profile which includes BCAA’s and Taurine. These gummies give me sustained energy throughout my workouts and recovery has been good – no complaints.

Couldn’t be more pleased with these Cytona creatine monohydrate, 9000 mg gummies. As an active 83 year old who believes health is our wealth and goes to the gym three days a week, I needed a gummy that met my personal, specific guidelines so here goes. They had to taste good; I threw out the last brand I bought. They had to be sugar free and I am pleased that they are sweetened with stevia extract. I love that they included B6 and B12. That they are non GMO is a huge plus since I always screen for non GMO products. The other ingredients listed are a total thumbs up. Wow, found a creatine gummy I can make my own and stop the research. Oh, and I love the raspberry flavor.

The product description states that these gummies are 5000mg or 5g. When they arrived they are actually 9000mg or 9g. Zero sugar, sweetness from Stevia extract. I purchased the raspberry flavored, the taste is a lot better than using the Creatine power and more convenient, of course. The good thing, for my use, is that I only need two of these per workout. They come in a plastic jar, with a quick-turn lid, works for me!
