Ive been drinking this for about a month and a half and anytime i stop i go back to being bloated and craving. So this absolutely does its job with restricting those cravings. On top of that, ive been getting proper sleep after my 8hrs, i actually feel energized. It tastee like a subtle lemonade but not too sweet with water, which is healthier.

Wait… I really like this. I wanted to try these because I can’t handle plain water again and again. These cutely packed powders dissolve with a solid 15-second stir (as I do not like to see any particles). The formula tastes really good without any chalkiness or bizarre aftertaste. (I do want to say that I am not a picky eater. I am open to a bunch of flavors.) I felt like I was energized and happy for the rest of the day, so I do think it is possible it came from the drink because I’m a bit sluggish around 2-3pm.
