Ever since I had a very severe UTI, or at least really close to it, I have been taking D Mannose supplements. I don’t know how much it’s helped, but I haven’t wanted to risk stopping. The UTI extended into one of my kidneys. (shudder) I have known too many people with kidney disease to want to chance it. It’s a big-ish capsule, and a dose is two capsules, but it’s worth the effort to swallow. The capsules are Vegan, which is a growing priority for me.

I would say this is an excellent product because it seems to have gotten rid of my spouse’s UTI. However, it didn’t do anything for me. But since it cured my spouse, I have to admit that it does work (just not for everybody).

I don’t necessarily have anything bad to say about these, but I also didn’t notice any real difference while taking them.
With supplements like D-Mannose and cranberry, I know results aren’t necessarily going to be something you can immediately see or feel, so it’s difficult to judge how much they’re actually doing. I took them consistently, but there wasn’t anything noticeable enough for me to say, yes, these are definitely making a difference.
The capsules themselves are fine and I didn’t have any issues taking them, but overall I’m just pretty indifferent about this one. I wouldn’t say they don’t work—I just personally didn’t notice enough of a benefit to justify a higher rating.
