I am 65 and have had insomnia for a long time. I also have been a bit down in the dumps. A few days after I started using these drops I started sleeping all night and sleeping well. My mood is so much better. To me it tasted awful but that is an easy fix just mix it in juice or a yogurt. I read one of the comments on here that they tried it 3 times and they just couldn’t stand the taste so they gave up on it. What a shame because I feel that it makes me feel so much better.
