This is a nice tea. Not too strong and not too weak. This is definitely an adaptogen in that it functions depending on what my body needs. Some days it helps with mental clarity and keeps me steady. Other days it makes me sleepy. Since I purchased it for the mental clarity throughout the day and I can’t afford to be sleepy, I have it with a caffeinated tea.

Okay so I thought yeah this isn’t going to work, I am here to tell you I will be a lifelong buyer of this stuff! It may not grow my hair, but what it’s really doing is keeping my hair in my head. I am a woman in menopause almost 50. I have been having lots and I mean lots of hair fall off for many years. Enough to fall off that it would cover the shower, our clothes, basically everything, so much that I was getting so worried I would be bald soon. Anyways try it, but definitely give it the 28 days, I would say I saw improvement at 14-18 days.

Best item especially for menopausal women. Everyones body is different so may react differently depending on hormones and other vitamins you are taking. I have ALOT i take but have been using these for about 4 months now. I have had no interactions or issues just see my hair getting longer and thicker every month and I love it. Menopause sucks ladies but we can do something to help keep nice thick long hair. Price could be better, I have always found deals on this anytime I have bought it. If you are unsure if you will have any interactions as some have stated you either have to try it and find out or ask your doctor based on meds and vitamins and then you will have your answer. I just tried it and it is awesome, definitely works for me. I have to brush my teeth after though as I wish they didnt have sugar as I dont want cavaties. The company could work on a sugar free version but that is my only com.

I can honestly say this product helped my hair! I had spots that were very noticeable and if you stood over me you could really see them! The crown of my hair was so thin! I don’t have the length but it gave me fullness and you can’t see any bald spots and for that I am grateful! I now have a thick small bush and I love it! This product also taste good! It taste like a good Starburst piece of candy but I’d powerful!
