I have been taking this along with peptides for skin hair and nails. YES! It does work BUT not in 3 weeks, at least not for me. BUT after taking this for 1 year in May it really works. When I got older I wore my hair short to hide my scalp. Not any more, after one year, I am now growing my hair to a short bob. IT WORKS!! Unbelievable.

I think it’s not as bad as others say, the taste isn’t amazing but also not disgusting. You get use to it, I wouldn’t chew them because they will get stuck in your teeth, just suck on them like they are hard candy I think it’ll be absorbed better that way. I do say it works but I was taking one a day instead of two so the effect was a little slow but it works great with vitamins and Mary Ruth hair vitamins put those three together and it’s amazing I would definitely buy again.

I’m not sure flavor should be the deciding factor when choosing a hair vitamin, but I have to say—these are delicious! 😂 More importantly, I can definitely tell a difference in my hair since I started taking them.
