I don’t yet know if this works. Been using it for 10 days but wanted to say It DOES NOT taste like candy!. Its not bad but sort of bland. when you get the end there is a little bit of sour. I’ll update this in a few weeks to let you know if my hair has grown any

I have been taking this along with peptides for skin hair and nails. YES! It does work BUT not in 3 weeks, at least not for me. BUT after taking this for 1 year in May it really works. When I got older I wore my hair short to hide my scalp. Not any more, after one year, I am now growing my hair to a short bob. IT WORKS!! Unbelievable.

I think it’s not as bad as others say, the taste isn’t amazing but also not disgusting. You get use to it, I wouldn’t chew them because they will get stuck in your teeth, just suck on them like they are hard candy I think it’ll be absorbed better that way. I do say it works but I was taking one a day instead of two so the effect was a little slow but it works great with vitamins and Mary Ruth hair vitamins put those three together and it’s amazing I would definitely buy again.

I’m not sure flavor should be the deciding factor when choosing a hair vitamin, but I have to say—these are delicious! 😂 More importantly, I can definitely tell a difference in my hair since I started taking them.
