These vitamins are awesome! I’ve only started with taking one a day. I’m slowly working myself up to the two a day. One is enough to clean you out! 😂 The only thing I didn’t like about these was that I can taste the oregano every time I burped. I later discovered that if you eat before taking them, you won’t have that problem. So, eat something first. No more digestion problems when you take these! I’m slowly starting to feel better from the inside out, and it’s slowly helping with inflammation. And if you take these at first sign of a cold, the cold is gone! Also, very easy to swallow soft gels. Excellent product and excellent price for the quantity! Definitely will be ordering again and again and again!

I used to get strep throat every 2-3 months like clock work and hated how antibiotics made me feel! I read about oil of oregano and decided to try these over 2 years ago. Never had strep again! I just tried it this morning. I love oregano, so I don’t mind any aftertaste. These softgels don’t burn. I belch with them once in a while, but I love the taste. Since I am Italian, I use oregano in most of my cooking. Since I just started taking them, time will tell if they work.
This is an update: I didn’t realize that the oregano oil has aftereffects. It was making me very itchy, especially in my private area. I went online and found out all the aftereffects, which I should have researched before I ordered it. I stopped taking it, and the itch subsided. Since I opened the package and used it, I will throw it out.

Don’t know if it’s working or doing whatever it’s suppose to, but I do still take it every day. You have to be careful what you take it with because the strong Oregano oil lingers for a while, and you could get peat and repeat with it. Acid reflux.

From what I hear this is really good stuff to occasionally supplement. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months now and I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ve also been supplementing it with other things and haven’t had any interactions, so I’m pleased. I like this brand, I’ve done quite a bit of research, and they seem to have the best purity to value ratio. I also like their meranga powder.
