my cycle has always thrown my ph off and i’d struggle to find a product that helped regulate it and was scared to take something new again seeing nothing had ever worked the way i was hoping but this right here is by far the only probiotic and prebiotic to actually work for me! she’s very happy down there no smell no irritation no nothing ! i’ll forever recommend this to everyone! remember what works for me may not work for you but it wouldn’t hurt to give it try especially if you’ve had trial and errors with other products like i have! only thing i will say is i had a slight headache first starting out but within a week i was fine!

It takes almost nothing to throw my off my pH – my doctor recommended taking probiotics a few years ago and it has been a life saver for me! I was taking another brand and they worked just fine, I came across this brand that is a little less expensive than the brand I was using and seemed to have all the same + a few added benefits. This product has worked well for me in the all the departments its supposed to! I have no complaints about it – the only negative I have is nausea. As soon as I take it, it’s almost instant nausea. It passes quickly though, and it seems like if I have breakfast or something in my stomach its much less severe and I almost don’t even notice it. I will continue to use this product and purchase again moving forward.

after a yeast infection, everything down there felt completely thrown off. i had constant itchiness, a weird odor, and a lot of other stuff that i dont want to bring up in an amazon review. it made me feel disgusting and less confident in myself, and i got this because i heard probiotics can help rebalance your pH. this got rid of itchiness and odor down there pretty much the same day! i can notice a difference when i don’t take it. maybe its placebo, but if it works it works lol.

Been taking these for over 3 years, and I have no faults. I do add them to my tea or drinks as I hate swallowing pills. So what I do is remove th from the capsule and add the powder to my drink; they do work for me and have no side effects. I believe all girls should be taking probiotics and cranberry, so this is my recommendation.

I started taking these because, for whatever reason (perimenopause???) I started developing the dreaded yeast. I know, I don’t like to admit to it. I’m very hygienic, and I take good care of myself with healthy diet and regular bathing and cotton undies… so what the heck, ya nasty yeast?! Not diabetic, so rules that out.
I decided to give these a try and I’ve been taking them for a year now. Knock on wood, my hoo ha has been behaving. Coincidence??? I don’t think so.

Honestly, I’ve been fighting BV and YI infections for years now. They literally popped up in one year and have almost become impossible to get rid of. These probiotics along with my women’s culturelle have somehow stopped the yeast and BV reocurrences. Even after seeing my doctor. The pills small are easy to swallow, leave no taste and are the most affordable thing ever!! Thank you!!

I wanted to use these for a while before I made a review. These are great probiotics. I was on antibiotics for two weeks and continue taking these so I would not get a. Y infection. The pill size are very small and I did not think about it until now, but I have lost a little weight. Make sure you are consistent with taking these every day. I did not realize you had to take two a day I was taking one a day and it was still working, but I have definitely went to two a day.

I really like these probiotics. They’re easy to take and haven’t upset my stomach. I also like that they include cranberry, prebiotics, and vitamin C. I’ve been taking them daily and so far I’m very happy with them. I would buy them again.
