They are yummy and honestly I’ve only been taking them for a week but I noticed a difference within the first 3 days. I’m not tired all the time, when I wake up in the morning I’m not dragging and I’m not sweating as easily like I used to.

My youngest child is 2 years old. Since getting my cycle back after giving birth, I’ve had horrible hormonal imbalance symptoms. Night sweats, hot flashes, body odor, and I developed pmdd. Within a week of taking these supplements, I noticed the body odor and night sweats were gone. My other symptoms have been steadily declining as well. I’ve never taken anything for my hormones but just 4 days of taking this gummy, my menstrual came. Due to pregnancy complications, my tubes were removed for about 5 years now. This product has changed my life. I struggled with extreme brain fog, fatigue , and extreme hunger with bouts of feeling like I had low blood sugar. I had suspected that I was going through perimenopause a while now. I could immediately tell a different taking these. I usually don’t take time to write reviews. But this i have to it has been helping my pcos symptoms so much. I had bloodwork done and was vitamin D deficient and testosterone elevated. After just two weeks of taking this I have more energy I don’t feel lifeless in the morning like i used to, my skin is clearing up! I feel less bloated, it’s so noticeable the puffiness of my face went down too! I got my period finally after 4 months without one! I was just about to take Provera my doctor prescribed for the 20th to give me a period. Im excited to see the long term use of this.

I’ve been using supplement for about 3 weeks now. Coupled with dietary changes and exercise, I feel amazing! I’m not sure exactly how much to credit to the pill but I know all 3 are having an awesome impact on my PCOS and weight loss. My only complaint is this is the WORST smelling supplement I have ever had in my life. It kind of reminds me of old scrambled eggs lol. It is easy to swallow though.
