The taste of this when put under the tongue is really not bad. My bowel movements have softened, not as hard and constipated as usual. It gave me no side effects that I have noticed. When wiping I haven’t seen any actual worms etc. But I have noticed a difference in appearances, so in my opinion I will say that it is working. I take every morning before anything else. My plan is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
